About My Look Spa

Monica De La Cruz-Estes is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner and owner of My Look Spa, an aesthetic practice located at 3 41 N. Buffalo Dr. Suite 3 Las Vegas, NV.  89145. With over 28 years of experience in Plastic with now retired Benjamin Rodriguez M.D. Monica’s journey began in 1984 as a Surgical Technician in Austin, Texas. 

Originally from Dallas, she has proudly called Las Vegas home for the past 28 years. Her extensive clinical background and passion for aesthetics have shaped a thriving career. 

At My Look Spa, Monica specializes in neurotoxins including Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Daxxify. She is expertly trained in a wide range of dermal fillers like Versa, sexual health solutions for both women and men, CO2 laser experience, PDO threads, and nutrient-rich infusions such as Myers’ Cocktails, B-12, and Glutathione. Most recently, she’s embraced Renuva, an injectable matrix known for its longevity and regenerative properties.

Monica’s medical journey includes becoming a Registered Nurse, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in nursing and business, and completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. She is currently planning to pursue her Ph.D. in Nursing. Over the decades, her loyal clientele has entrusted her aesthetic eye and clinical precision—many for more than 20 years.

Beyond the treatment room, Monica finds joy in her blended family and her husband of two years. She is a proud mother to a special needs son, who she describes as her “point of light.” In her free time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and roller skating.

I met Monica the founder of My Look Spa about 20 years ago when she worked with now retired plastic surgeon Dr. Benjamin Rodriquez where she worked for nearly 30 years. She has compassion and understanding and is very educated on procedures and products. She has plumped up both sets of my lips, filled in small areas of cellulite giving my booty a flawless appearance, given my face balance where needed as well as laser treatment to even out skin tone and eliminate sun spots. I went to my looks spa for a consultation on a skin issue that I had on my cheek. The nurse practitioner Monica looked at it made sure that it was okay to have it removed. I had once tried to have it removed with The technique.
using Liquid nitrogen at another physician's office ,but that did not seem to take care of it. With her technique of the fractionated, Co 2 laser and and listening to her after care regiment, my area is all nice and clean and no evidence of anything, and I'm so happy with my results. I'm ready to do my full face now. 🌝

Liquid rhinoplasty using Versa filler from the company Revanesse. This patient wanted her dorsal hump gone, along with the drooping nasal tip lifted a bit. She was so happy with her results. The charge for a Liquid Rhinoplasty is $1,200.00 Understand this is not a one-time fix; it's done using a hyaluronic acid filler, which, with time, can last up to six months to 2 years. So yes, it does need to be injected again.
